The Jiu Jitsu Foundation (TJJF) stands in unwavering solidarity with all members who may be feeling scared, vulnerable, or targeted amidst the recent surge of far-right extremism and hate crimes in the UK. We condemn all forms of violence, racial discrimination, and hate speech. We extend our support to everyone impacted by recent far-right violence, intimidation, and hostility towards migrants and racialised communities, including refugees, Muslim communities and other minoritised ethnic communities.We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive community for all.
Everyone's right to safety
Everyone has the right to feel safe and secure in their local community. Everyone has the right to be protected from intimidation and violence. In response to the rise of far-right violence and terror marches, communities are uniting to show support and solidarity.
TJJF's commitment to safety
It is unacceptable that individuals are being targeted based on their race, religion, or other identities. We are actively working with instructors and listening to TJJF members' concerns who may be at risk.

The individuals engaged in violence and rioting across the UK are a small minority who do not represent the views of the majority of people. We will continue to advocate, support, and stand in solidarity with refugees, migrants, Muslim communities, and Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities.
